Built Best is my consulting practice focused on helping enterprise e-commerce teams and rapidly growing Shopify stores think strategically—and operate with the efficiency of larger organizations. How I Work

I take on a limited number of clients at a time so I can stay close to the work. We start by identifying the one or two bottlenecks that would make the biggest impact—then build from there. My approach is practical: fix what’s broken, automate what’s repetitive, and develop standout features that delight customers and create a best-in-class online experience. From there, it’s all about iteration—using A/B testing and other tools to maximize conversions and continuously improve existing features, apps, and integrations. Finally, I document how to use every new feature so your team stays confident and capable long after our engagement ends.
